Food safety
Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of opened items.
Damaged or wrong items
If a jar arrives broken, leaking or is not what you ordered, email hello@ganeshorganic.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.
